There have been other types in the past, but they are not used anymore due to health risks. Both the silicone and saline implants are both encased in a silicone shell.

There are certain women who are not normally accepted for cosmetic breast implants. Those who are under 18, pregnant, those who are currently breastfeeding, or if you have only a partially treated cancer or an active infection.

There are some risks to Breast Augmentation Surgery which should be considered very carefully as there is no medical benefit to having Breast Augmentation surgery. The only benefits seem to be that women who have Breast Implants have an increase in confidence and self esteem.

There are anchorages on either side of Ak Mouros. Ormos Loutra to the E where a yacht can anchor of the village and Ormos Foinikias to the W. There are a few tavernas and limited provisions can be obtained in the village.

Further to the W is Skafion. Yachts can anchor of the village in calm weather. There are tavernas ashore and all provisions can be found. The once tiny village is now a booming tourist resort

At Ay Galini yachts can go bow or stern to or alongside the quay. There is good holding on the sandy bottom and shelter from the Meltemi. There is water on the quay and fuel in the town. All provisions can be obtained and there are good tavernas. Another recently developed tourist resort.

Matala is a horseshoe shaped bay on the W side of Ak Latinos. Yachts should only use it in calm weather. Most provisions can be obtained and there are good tavernas ashore. Matala is mentioned in Homer’s Odyssey. Here Menelau’s ships were wrecked returning from the Trojan wars. It was an important port in Roman times.

Kali Limenes is a small bay on the E side of Ak Litinos. Yachts can anchor in the bay in depth of 3 – 6m. There is good shelter from the N and W but it is open to the E and S. Limited provisions can be found in the village and there are a few tavernas.

Lerapetrais a medium sized harbour. Yachts can go bow or stern to on the N or W sides. There is water on the quay and fuel from the town. All provisions may be obtained and there are good waterfront tavernas. The town and harbour date back to Minoan times but sadly little of the ancient architecture remains.

Yachts can anchor in the large sandy bay of Kato Zakros. There are a couple of tavernas ashore but the main attraction is the ruins of a Minoan palace at the foot of the dramatic gorge.

Ormos Grandes is a large bay on the N side of Ak Plaka. Yachts can seek shelter from the Meltemi at Kouremenos in the N of the bay. 2 miles to the N of Kouremenos is Vai. Here yachts can anchor of the sandy beach and there are tavernas ashore.

Crete’s cuisine is similar to that found throughout the Aegean. Fish plays a large part in the form of tuna, swordfish, sea bass, urchins, octopus, squid and cuttlefish. You will find beef, pork, lamb and goat. A rabbit stew is a speciality. As is cheese pie and fried cheese (staka). For those with a sweet tooth try yogurt and honey tarts (kaltzounia). 3. From the back of the seat, grab the center straps and hook them to the underside of the seat. The hooks can be fastened to the springs or any metal edges down there. Note: Do not hook the straps to the sliding track of the seat or any electrical wiring there may be.

Be careful to keep your head clear when attaching the straps, if they slip out they can shoot back and cause injury.

For 2 door cars, be sure to leave enough slack for the seat to move forward, allowing people to get into the back seat. If the straps are too taught, they may break when the seat in tilted forward.

4. Now take the side straps and push them through centre at each side of the seat. Pull the straps down and back and hook them to the underside of the seat, again being careful not to put the straps in the way of the sliding track.

5. Pull seatcover forward and smooth out over seat cushions and sides. Pull straps at front and hook to underside of the seat.

6. Sit down in your seat and check to make sure that the cover is fitted properly to the seat and not off centre.

If your car has adjustable headrests, you may now need to get a sharp knife and make a small cut to allow you to re-insert your headrests. This can be done from sitting in the back of the seat. Line up the knife with the headrest holes in the seat and then move the sheepskin away from the seat (by lifting up) when cutting holes. Make sure you cut through the sheepskin and lining.

Add society needs hunters

At the dawn of time, there were two distinct types of people. Each of them was required and one was not more important than the other. The first group went out and gathered berries, fruits, nuts, and grains. for the tribe. The second group went out and hunted for meat. Both groups were crucial to the survival of society.

Yet, the skills needed to complete each task were different. Using sight and smell, taste, and touch, the gatherers went about searching for food that was there for the taking.

Once these gatherers learned to till the soil, they became farmers. No longer did they have to search for food. Then, they became tenders of the crops, assuring that there would be food for everyone, even when the hunters were unsuccessful.

Hunters were different. They had no patience for tending crops and so went off in search of the animals to kill. They used all their senses, especially those of sight, smell, and hearing. They were alert at all times and ready for action. If they weren't constantly searching and wary, they would lose the meal or maybe be eaten by it.

How does this apply to modern times? Well, we still need hunters and we need farmers. The farmers are the linear folks. They support everything that goes on in our day-to-day life. They're administrators and caretakers. ADD people are different. More like the hunters, we're constantly looking for the next new thing. Though we're quick and smart and are able to think on our feet, we aren't finishers. We're often people who create the systems.

We just aren't tenders. We might set up the systems, but without linear thinking people to maintain them, there would be no society. It's just vital that there are two types of people in the world. While people with attention deficit are labeled as such, it's only because most of today's society is based around jobs that require tending. But our ADD brains aren't built that way!

If you're in a linear job and are unhappy because of it, then find another job that suits your ADD brain. Not all jobs require that you sit still and follow instructions. Try something creative, like writing or artistry. Or become an entrepreneur, like I am. It's perfectly suited to people with ADD. I'm able to create projects and with the help of the linear people on my team, see them through. It works out great!

ADD people are also problem solvers. So, find a job like being an electrician or even a CSI detective. Decide what works with your personality and your ADD. Think about what you're excited about, and when your hyperfocus kicks in, decide what you were doing when that happened. Those are the areas where you should be looking for work.

Just forget the labels that society has place on us because ADD people aren't very good at routines. We're definitely every bit as important to the success of society as are linear-thinking people. If you have a linear job and aren't satisfied, then find another job that works better with your ADD. Life can be sweet, when you find the spot that makes it that way.

Oversleeping- the opposite of insomnia

When it comes to sleep disorders, the more common complaints are from people who are having trouble falling asleep and getting "quality" sleep.

Not much have been said about those on the others side of the coin. Some people have the opposite problem. They sleep too much…

I personally used to sleep up to 14 hours a "night". Sometimes I'd hit the snooze button for HOURS.

Improving the quality of my sleep was absolutely necessary in order to reduce the amount of sleep I get. After replacing a few bad habits, I now sleep less and feel much more lively and energetic throughout the day, then when I had slept longer.

However, improving the quality of my sleep was only one part of the process.

If you're sleeping too much and having trouble getting yourself out of bed, it's not only because of some bad sleeping habits.

As you know, when you wake up you're not completely in control of your thoughts and your actions. At this stage your subconscious is more dominant.

You may have to admit having some kind of emotional issues, which are suppressed deeply in your subconscious.

Oversleeping can obviously CAUSE problems. The embarrassment when you fail to wake up on time, being late to work or loss of what could be your "free time", and the tiredness that usually comes after an excessive sleep episode, all of those aren't going to do you any good.

You should start putting your sleep system back to order, by going to sleep and waking up at the same time every day, no matter when you've gone to sleep, no matter what time you go to work, and even if you have a day off.

Practice it for at least 3 weeks (they say it takes 21 days to establish a new habit).

However, if you fail to wake up on time, you should focus on self-discipline first.

You see, most people wake up on time every morning, no matter how much or how well they had slept.

Don't beat yourself up when you fail. Instead, try to think what went wrong. Try to remember your actions and your thoughts at that morning. Then come up with a plan for tomorrow.

If you can’t even remember what went through your head when the alarm went off, try going to sleep earlier or setting the alarm to a later time.

Most importantly, dig inside yourself to find the reason you oversleep. Ask yourself a simple, yet hard question: "What are you running away from"?
